劳动竞赛是油田攻坚阶段性任务特有的生产组织形式,是油田标准化管理的补充和完善,是激发员工生产积极性、提高生产效能的有力手段。本文分析了油田社区系统开展劳动竞赛目前存在的问题,详细论述了提升劳动竞赛效能的"三项对策"和"三点方法",并对今后开展劳动竞赛的改进方向提出了思考和建议。

The labor competition is the unique form of production organization during the special period of solving specific difficult problems in the oilfield, which is the supplement and perfection of standardization management of oilfield. It is a powerful means to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and improve the production efficiency. This paper analyzes the current problems in the labor competition of oilfield community, discusses in detail the ＂Three Countermeasures＂ and ＂Three Methods＂ to improve the effectiveness of the labor competition, and puts forward some suggestions on the future improvement of the labor competition.
