工业计算机在玻纤生产中的信息采集及管理

摘要 概述了工业自动化控制的发展现状,阐释了DCS系统和PLC系统的概念,介绍了DCS系统和PLC系统的特点和优势。分析了人机交互界面的一些要求,介绍了工业计算机用于拉丝数据采集系统各部分的用途,描述了工业化计算机用于全息联网的数字化工厂的场景和优势。最后认为,在玻纤生产中合理地应用工业计算机能保证系统更好的运行,使得系统功能能得以更好的实现,从而保证自动化控制系统、数据采集系统、智能管理系统、全厂计算机集成系统等能够在实际生产中发挥更好的作用。 Regarding characteristics and ad the development of induatrial antomatic control technology, the auther explains the concepts, vantages of DCS system and PLC system, explains the uses of industrial computers in various parts of fiber drawing data collection system, and describes the situation and advantage of industrial computers used in the digitalization engineering of holographic network. Finally,the article concludes that the reasonable utilazation of industrial computers in glass fiber production enables a better operation of the system, and thereby allows the automatic control system, data collection system, smart mangement system and whole factory computer integration system to play better roles in the actual production of glass fibers.
