摘要
简述了对岩棉生产中产生的固体废弃物处理的必要性,介绍了固废回用的工艺方案,通过试验获得了制块配方。分别研究了粘结剂含量及破碎粒度对料块抗压强度的影响,结果发现当粘结剂添加量占比12%左右、破碎粒度控制在3 mm左右时,所得料块具有最佳的抗压强度。
This paper stresses the necessity of recycling the solid waste from rock wool production, and presents the process technology of briquetting solid waste and the briquetting formulation obtained by experiment. In the experiment, the effects of binder content and crushing granularity on the compressive strength of briquettes were studied,which showed that when the binder content was about 12% and the crushing granularity was around 3 mm,the briquettes exhibited the best compressive strength.
