摘要
大红山铜矿西部矿段属多层、倾斜—缓倾斜、薄—中厚难采矿体,为保护地表河流和工业场地,在技术可行、经济合理的前提下实现强化开采,采用机械化点柱式上向水平分层充填采矿法,采场生产能力达到205.31 t/d(盘区为700~800 t/d),采矿损失率为22.82%,废石混入率为12.95%,实现了西矿段的安全高效开采。
Dahongshan Copper Mine in its western section is classified as multi -layer, tilt -gently inclined and thin or medium thick orebody. To protect the surface rivers and industrial sites and achieve intensified mining under the conditions of technological feasibility and economic rationality, the mechanized point pillar upward horizontal filling mining method was adopted. Under this method, the stope production capacity reached 205.31 t/d (panel 700-800 t/d) with mining loss rate of 22.82 % and waste rock mixed rate of 12.95 %, and thus the safe and efficient exploitation of western Mine block was realized.
