新时期高校学生社团管理模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of the Management Model of College Student Associations in the New Era

在新的历史时期,我国高等学校学生社团迅速发展,逐渐成为学生在学校里的"第二课堂"。如何合理地管理大学生社团,成为高校面临的一个巨大挑战。本文通过对国内外文献资料的研究,了解和分析国内外高校学生社团的发展历史和管理现状,并借鉴了国外高校学生社团管理的成功经验。然后,通过对徐州地区部分高校学生社团的调查与统计,客观分析现行高校学生社团管理模式中存在的困难和问题,进而探析高校学生社团创新管理模式。

In the new historical period,the rapid development of the college student associations in our country has gradually become the second class of students in the school. How to manage college students＇ community reasonably becomes a great challenge for colleges and universities. This paper through the study of literature at home and abroad, understands and analyzes the history of the development of college student associations at home and abroad and the management of the status quo,learning from the successful experience of the management of foreign student associations. Then it bases on the investigation and statistics on the part ofcoUege students in Xuzhou area,analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the management of college students objectively,and then analyzes college student association management mode innovation.
