摘要
本研究以"问题导向学习"为切入点,在教学过程中模拟临床诊疗实践的真实场景,以学生为中心,通过小组讨论的形式,围绕某一医学专题或者具体病例的诊治进行提问,从而激发学生思考并解决问题。通过这一教学方法,学生可以有机地结合理论与实践、基础与临床知识,有助于培养临床思维及分析解决问题的能力,使临床医学教学质量亦得到有效提升。
From the point of "problem based leaming",this study simulates the real scene of chnical practice. It is a students-centered group discussion. It can inspire students to think and solve problems by providing diagnosis and treatment of related r medical topic.This teaching method can inspire students to combine theory with practice,basic knowledge and clinical knowledge,but also cultivate the clinical thinking ability of students,which results in the improvement of the clinical teaching quality.
