机械制造技术基础实验教学模式的改革与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Experimental Teaching of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology

针对目前机械制造技术基础实验教学中存在的系统性不足、学生动手少的问题,本文提出了学生以小组为单位协作完成小型减速器完整制造的实验教学模式,给出了实验内容的设计,详细介绍了实验的组织与实施方式,并对教学效果进行了分析。通过本实验教学,学生可以全方位地感受产品的生产过程,加深对课本基本知识和原理的理解,锻炼动手能力和团队协作能力,取得良好的实验教学效果。

In view of the present mechanical manufacturing technology base of systemic insufficiency in the experiment teaching, students＇ less problems,it puts forward the complete the small gear reducer with the students in small groups as the unit complete manufacturing model of experimental teaching. It gives the design of the experiment content,organization and implementation of experiment is introduced in detail,and analyses the teaching effect. The experiment teaching can make students feel the product in all aspects of production process,deepening the understanding of basic knowledge and principle of the textbook,exercise the ability and the team cooperation ability. Good experiment teaching results have been achieved.
