高等农林卓越创新人才培养课程改革探讨——茶学专业茶叶加工学课程(双语)教学与实践

The Bilingual Teaching and Practising of Tea Processing of Tea Specialty——Discussion on Reform of Agriculture and Forestry Innovation Excellence Training Course-Take

为实施高等农业院校双语教学实践和茶学拔尖创新型人才的培养,茶学专业2002年开始了茶叶加工学课程的双语教学。文章介绍了茶叶加工学课程在茶学专业主干课程中的地位、双语教学的宗旨,以及教学过程中所遇到的问题和采取的措施;介绍了新常态下茶学创新班茶叶加工学(双语)课程教改方案、教学方法和课程考核评估等教改内容,期望通过教改实现新形势下该课程双语教学的新突破。

For the implementation of bilingual teaching practice in agricultural universities or colleges and tea science cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,tea specialty coursed bilingual teaching of tea processing in 2002. It introdueed the status of tea processing learn in tea learn professional trunk courses,and the purposes of bilingual teaching, and the problems encountered in teaching process,and measures dealed with;introduced the courses reform programme, the teaching method and the courses assessment of tea processing learn （bilingual） for innovation class,expects the new breakthrough of bilingual teaching （tea processing） through teaching reformation.
