林业高校高分子材料与工程专业创新人才培养的研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 在大材料学科理念的指导下,根据我校建设高水平特色大学的要求和国家林业科技大学的战略需求以及市场对人才的需求,学校应突出林业特色,构建具有鲜明林业高校特色的高分子材料科学与工程专业课程教学新体系和以自主科研为导向的创新人才培养模式,建立创新开放性实验平台,建设专业特色实践教学体系,加强师资队伍建设,培养具有高素质的创新人才。 Under the guidance of the concept Of large material discipline,according to the strategic needs of our construction of university high level characteristics and the requirements of the National Forestry University of Science and Technology as well as the market demand for talents,it should highlight the characteristics of forestry,a new teaching system of polymer materials science and engineering course with distinctive characteristics of Forestry Universities is constructed. The innovative talents training mode based on independent research is established,an innovative and open experiment platform is built,practical teaching system with special characteristics is constructed,the construction of teaching staffis strengthened in order to cultivate the innovative talents with high quality.
