摘要
自1995年高校开展文化素质教育试点工作至今已有20余年,目前以国外及我国港台知名高校为范本,结合中国国情和校情,我国农科类院校的通识教育实践主要呈现出以下发展趋势:转变教育理念,适应现代农业发展需要;加强通识课程建设,完善学生知识结构;改革人才培养模式,搭建创新型人才培养桥梁;开展第二课堂等。在改革实践中,我们也面临着"各自表述"的通识教育定义、通识课程质量差、通识教育中心定位不明等问题。因此,通识教育要想走出困境,还须在教育理念、课程的"系统化、规范化、核心化、精品化"建设、突出办学特色等方面有所创新。
The implementation of cultural quality education in colleges and universities has been more than 20 years since 1995. With the well-known universities in Hong Kong, Taiwan of China and other countries as the model, combined with China's national conditions and school situation,the general education practice in China mainly presents the following trends,in order to meet the needs of modem agricultural development to change the educational philosophy,strengthening the construction of general courses to perfect students knowledge structure,reforming the talent cultivation mode to cultivate innovative talents,carrying out the "second class",etc. General education is also facing many problems in practice,such as general education definition is not unified,the quality of general education courses is poor, the orientation of general education center is not clear,etc. To get out of the woods,colleges and universities need to innovate the concept of education;building systematic,standardized,core,high-quality general education courses;highlighting the characteristics of agricultural schools,etc.
