课程教学与职业技能鉴定相衔接的高职课程教学模式改革途径探析

Exploration on the Reform of Higher Vocational Course Teaching Mode Based on the Integration of Curriculum Teaching and Professional Skill Appraisal

高职教育作为培养技术技能型人才的重要阵地,必须与国家职业技能鉴定标准相衔接,深化职业教育教学模式改革,才能适应重庆制造业转型发展的需要。本文从人才培养方案、课程教学、实训条件、师资队伍等方面,探讨了课程教学与职业技能鉴定相衔接的高职实训课程教学模式的改革途径。

The higher vocational education as an important base for the training of skilled technical personnel,must be linked with the occupation skill appraisal standard of countries, deepen the reform of education and teaching mode of occupation,to adapt to the needs of the development of the transformation of Chongqing manufacturing industry. In this paper, from the aspects of personnel training programs,curriculum teaching,training conditions,teaching staff and other aspects,this paper discusses the reform of the teaching mode of higher vocational training course.
