摘要
随着网络语言及网络文化的不断发展和传播,网络流行语的翻译已成为让世界了解中国语言文化及社会现象的一种途径。从跨文化交际的角度,通过对汉语网络流行语的类别、特点及因中西方文化差异导致的文化空缺现象对汉语网络流行语的英译造成的影响进行分析,重点阐释准确恰当地对汉语网络流行语进行英译的策略,可提高网络流行语在跨文化交际中的有效性。
With the continuous development and spread of network language and culture,the translation of network buzzwords has become one way to present Chinese language,culture and social phenomena to the world. The paper introduces the categories and characteristics of Chinese network buzzwords,and analyzes the effects of cultural gaps on the translation of Chinese network buzzwords from the cross-cultural perspective,and focuses on the strategies of C-E translation of network buzzwords. It aims to promote the effectiveness of network buzzwords in cross-cultural communication.
