摘要
作为一类新型的天然细胞支架,Ⅱ型胶原水凝胶具有良好的生物特性和理化性质,对软骨损伤修复具有很大的研究意义和临床应用价值。本文综述了近年来国内外Ⅱ型胶原水凝胶在软骨损伤修复中的研究进展,为软骨组织工程细胞支架的选择提供参考。
As a new type of natural cell scaffold, type Ⅱ collagen hydrogel with good biocompatibility and physico- chemical properties has great significance and clinical application value for the repair of cartilage injury. In this paper, the recent advances of type Ⅱ collagen hydrogel in the repair of cartilage injury at home and abroad were reviewed, so as to provide a reference for the selection of cell scaffolds for cartilage tissue engineering.
