摘要
为了实现应用型人才培养的转型,结合民族地区教育的实际情况,在土木工程专业的人才培养中,通过夯实理论教学、强化实践教学、构建完整的竞赛体系、培育民族特色课程等措施,将应用型人才培养贯彻到整个教学活动中,探索出培养民族地区土木工程专业应用型人才培养的有效途径.
In order to realize the transformation of applied talents cultivation, we explored effective ways to train civilengineering specialty＇ s applied talents in minority areas by consolidating theoretical teaching, strengthening practical teaching, building a complete competition system, fostering the national special courses. These measures will be applied into the whole teaching activities.
