超声引导下选择性神经根阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察超声引导下选择性神经根阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床可行性、有效性及安全性。方法:40例确诊为腰椎间盘突出合并椎间盘源性腰腿痛患者且病程在3月内。应用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue,VAS)评价术前、术后1周、术后1月、术后3月的VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),术后1月、3月的VAS评分均降低,VAS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:椎间盘突出所致腰腿痛且病程小于3个月行超声引导下选择性神经根阻滞治疗效果明显,安全性好,有适应症的患者可选择早期治疗。 Objective: To explore the clinical feasibiliW, effectiveness and safety of ultrasound-guided selective nerve root block on lumbar intervertebral disc heriation .Methods: Forty patients with discogeniclumbocrural pain due to lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were enrolled in the study.The course of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was less than 3 months.selective nerve root blocks were completed under ultrasound guidance.All the patients were followed up for 12 weeks and assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS) before and after operation.Results: VAS scores on the week 1,4 and 12 postoperatively were significantly lower than the preoperative score (P〈0.05).There were significant difference between VAS scores on the week I and 12 postoperatively(P〈0.05),but there were no significant differences between the week 1 and 4 or the week 4 and 12.Conclusion-Ultrasound-guided selective nerve root block is a feasible ,safe and effective method for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation for less than 3 months.
