目的:论中医脾胃病的"从肝论治"的理论依据,临床意义和实用价值,以期提高脾胃病的治疗水平。方法:从与肝胆脾胃相关的中医文献和中医系统理论的研究入手,探索脾胃病从肝论治的理论依据,从临床实例中观察脾胃病从肝论治的疗效并分析其临床意义和实用价值。结果:脾胃病从肝论治符合中医的基本理论,并且经过临床实例的运用与考究,证实了脾胃病从肝论治在临床中具有明显的疗效。结论:中医脾胃病的从肝论治具有重要的临床意义,不仅能使患者疼痛减少,而且可以有效的缓解临床症状,促进患者的早起康复,在临床工作中可以广泛推广应用,具有临床价值。
