CTA和MRA用于诊断5mm及以上动脉瘤的价值比较

摘要 目的:对比CTA和MRA诊断5mm及以上动脉瘤的价值。方法:选择50例查体高度疑似颅内脑动脉瘤患者或者急性蛛网膜下腔出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,各25例。A组进行CTA检查,B组进行MRA检查,在此基础上同时给予两组患者DSA检查。结果:针对超过5毫米的动脉瘤特异度、灵敏度检测,两组患者检测差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),CTA检测与MRA检测对比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CTA对于检测5mm及以上动脉瘤的灵敏度、特异性较高,而MRA方式检测也应用较多,但检出率较CTA低。 Obiective: To compare the value of CTA and MRA in the diagnosis of 5mm and above aneurysms. Methods: 50 patients with suspected intracranial aneurysm or acute subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into A group and B group (n = 25), each group with 25 cases. A group of CTA examination, group B of MRA examination, on the basis of both groups with DSA examination. Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the detection of specificity and sensitivity of above 5mm aneurysms(P〉0.05).The difference was statistically significant between CTA detection and MRA detection (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The sensitivity and specificity of CTA in the diagnosis 5mm and above aneurysms are high. The detection rate of MRA is also higher than that of CTA. MRA detection is also more, but the detection rate is lower than CTA.
