头颈部CTA诊断脑血管性病变的临床应用价值探究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析探讨脑血管性病变患者予以头颈部CTA诊断的临床意义和价值。方法:80例脑血管性病变患者分别接受头颈部CTA诊断和超声检查,对比两种诊断方法的准确率。结果:80例患者中有15例为血管畸形,29例为动脉瘤,36例被诊断为动脉狭窄;CTA对于血管畸形和动脉瘤的诊断准确率分别为93.33%、93.10%,显著高于超声诊断结果(P<0.05),但CTA和超声诊断对于动脉狭窄的诊断准确率对比无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:头颈部CTA诊断脑血管性病变的诊断价值高,具备推广意义。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance and value of head and neck CTA in the diagnosis on patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: 80 patients with cerebrovascular disease underwent head and neck CTA diagnosis and ultrasonic diagnosis. The accuracy of the two diagnostic methods was compared. Results: 80 cases of patients with 15 cases of vascular malformation, 29 cases of aneurysm, 36 cases were diagnosed as arterial stenosis. The accuracy of CTA diagnosis for vascular malformations and aneurysms were 93.33% and 93.10%, significantly higher than the results of ultrasonic diagnosis (P 〈 0.05), but there was no significant difference for the diagnosis of artery stenosis (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Head and neck CTA diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases in the diagnosis of high value, with the promotion of significance.
