摘要
通过对中石化安庆分公司现有化肥装置原燃料优化分析和不同原料制氨成本比较 ,指出以轻油为原料的氨厂实施“油改煤”是扭亏脱困的唯一出路 ,提出化肥原料“油改煤”工程的工艺方案 ,探讨“油改煤”工程实施后的综合经济效益。
By analyzing the feedstocks and fuels for the existing chemical fertilizer plant in Anqing Branch Co and comparing ammonia costs with different feedstocks,the author points out that the only way out to make up the deficits and get surpluses for an ammonia plant using light oil as feedstock is to put'coal replacing oil'in practice,puts forward the technical process scheme for 'coal replacing oil' project and discusses the comprehensive economic benefits obtained from this project
