赓和《感怀》:明清麻溪姚氏家风的一个面相考察

Geng and Poem of Recollections:A Study of Yao Family Tradition in Maxi in Ming and Qing Dynasty

桐城麻溪姚氏是明清时期享有盛名的文化家族。姚家的八世祖姚希廉尝作《感怀诗》,以示后世子孙要厚恤宗人。其后子孙在科第成功时相继步韵追和,由此形成独特的家风传统。此项步韵和诗传统到十六世姚鼐时才有所中断,到十九世姚濬昌时又有所恢复。但这也只是昙花一现,由于清末科举制度的废除以及传统教育的转型,姚家步韵《感怀》的传统也随之宣告结束。姚家数百年的家族和诗史,曾深深地影响过这个家族族人的精神世界与文化心态,蕴含着丰富深厚的思想文化意义。

Yao family in Maxi, Tongcheng was a well known cultural prominent family in Ming and Qing Dynasty. Yao Xilian wrote Poem of Recollections, which indicates the descendants will show solicitude for the clansmen. His offsprings followed in his footstep when they succeeded in imperial exams and thus formed the unique family tradition. The poems of replying in the theme and rhyme did not break off until Yao Nai of 16th generation, and it was not recovered until Yao Dunchang of 19th generation. For the abortion of the imperial exam in late Qing Dy- nasty and transformation of traditional education, Yao family＇ s tradition of poems of recollections also came to an end. Yao family and their history of poems of centuries exert profound influence on the spiritual world and cultural mentality of the clansmen, and contain great thought and cultural significance.
