3个社区高血压患者疾病不确定感现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Current Status of Disease Uncertainty and Influencing Factors in Patients with Hypertension in Community

目的:调查3个社区高血压患者疾病不确定感现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样的方式调查3个社区103例高血压患者,采用调查问卷的形式评估其疾病不确定感。结果:本组患者疾病不确定感总分为(87.16±10.03)分,其中学历、家庭人均月收入、支付医疗费用方式、社会支持、消极应对与患者疾病不确定感呈显著相关性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:社区高血压患者疾病不确定感处于较高水平,学历、家庭月收入、支付医疗费用方式、社会支持、消极应对是疾病不确定感的主要影响因素,因此,建议医护工作者应重视疾病不确定感对社区高血压患者的影响,采取优质护理服务帮助患者降低疾病不确定感,从而提高患者生活质量。

Objective ： To investigate the current status of disease uncertainty of patients with hypertension in 3 communities, and to ana- lyze the influencing factors. Methods：There were 103 patients with hypertension in 3 communities selected by convenience sampling. The questionnaire was used to assess the uncertainty of the disease. Results ： These patients＇ the disease uncertainty score was （ 87. 16 ± 10.03 ）, and was positively correlated with education background ,family income per capita per month ,payment style of medical expenses, social support and negatively coping with uncertainty in illness （P 〈0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The hypertension patients＇ disease un- certainty in the community is at a high level. Education, family income, payment of medical expenses, social support, negative coping strate- gy are the main influence factors of disease uncertainty. Therefore,it is suggested that doctors and nurses should pay attention to the influ- ence of uncertainty of disease on community hypertension patients, and take high quality nursing services to help patients reduce the uncer- tainty of the disease, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
