含钛高炉渣高温碳化制备TiC影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 以攀钢现场含钛高炉渣为原料,进行含钛高炉渣高温碳化制备TiC实验研究。在了解含钛高炉渣矿物相组成及高炉渣高温碳化的热力学原理分析的基础上,研究了高炉渣粒度、渣煤配比、碳化温度等因素对TiO_2碳化反应的影响,并得到高炉渣高温碳化提钛的优选操作部分参数。结果表明:高炉渣中TiO_2碳化率随着高炉渣粒度减小、渣煤配比降低、温度升高而增大。含钛高炉渣高温碳化提钛最佳操作参数为:高炉渣200目以下,煤粉和高炉渣比值0.6,碳化反应温度1 450℃。 The high-temperature carbonization process for preparation of TiC was researched. The raw material was the Ti-bearing BF slag of Pangang. On the basis of analysis of mineral phase composition of the slag and the thermodynamics principle of high-temperature carbonization process,the effect of particle size of slag, the ratio of slag to pulverized coal, carbonization temperature on TiO_2 carbonization reaction were studied and the optimizing operating parameters were obtained. The resultsshow that: TiO_2 carbonation rate rises with the decrease of particle size of slag,the reduction of the ratio of slag to pulverized coal and the rise of temperature. The optimizing operating parameters are as follows: the size of blast furnace slag is below 200 mesh. The ratio of pulverized coal to slag is 0. 6.Carbonization temperature is 1 450 ℃.
