桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的:分析桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果。方法:选择本院2013年3月至2017年3月60例子宫肌瘤患者的资料,分对照组(30例)和研究组(30例),对照组以米非司酮进行治疗,研究组以桂枝茯苓胶囊与米非司酮共同治疗,分析两组患者血清中生殖激素的水平和子宫肌瘤的体积变化。结果:研究组LH(10.30±2.91)IU/L、E2(171.34±42.61)pmol/L及P(5.13±1.47)nmol/L生殖激素的水平比对照组更低,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组子宫(107.35±26.31)cm3、最大的肌瘤体积(36.23±16.04)cm3比对照组的小,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤患者的效果显著,可降低患者生殖激素的整体水平,缩小肌瘤体积。
