驻京某部队干部近5年慢性病及其行为危险因素调查分析

Survey and analysis of behavior risk factors related to chronic diseases among guard cadres in Beijing of the past five years

目的:掌握驻京部队干部高血压、糖尿病等慢性病的患病情况及相关行为危险因素在不同人群中的分布情况,为临床干预提供依据。方法:本院干部病房常规查体的207例男性部队干部,跟踪随访5年,采用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件进行分析。结果:近5年来部队干部高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常和冠心病呈现快速上升趋势。不考虑年龄老龄化因素,2013年较2009年分别上升131.68%、200.77%、234.67%和256.72%。慢病患病率随年龄变化也不断增加,与<55岁组相比,≥55岁组高血压患病率明显升高,有统计学意义;单因素分析显示吸烟、超重/肥胖、食用盐摄入过量、文化水平低等因素会使患高血压风险增加。结论:慢性病将严重危害部队干部的健康;对吸烟、肥胖、食盐过量等慢性病危险行为因素通过综合性干预和健康管理方式来逐步降低慢性病的发生和危害。

Objective： To master prevalence of chronic diseases such asdiabetes and hypertension among guard cadres in Beijing, and behavior risk factors related to chronic diseases, to provide intervention measures for clinic treatment. Methods： To investigate 207 male guard cadres of our hospital and follow-up for 5 years. SPSS 17. 0 was used in statistical analysis. Results： In the past five years there are a rapid upward trend in guard cadres of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemi and coronary heart disease. Compared with the year of 2009, the ratio rose by 131.68%,200. 77%,234. 67% and 256. 72% respectively in 2013. The prevalence of chronic diseases increase with age. The outcome of Logistic regression analysis showed that there existed the risk factors of hypertension, such as low level of education, smoking , overweight/obesity and excess intake of salt, etc. Conclusion： The chronic diseases, such as hypertension, and etc. damage these guard cadres ＇ health. The behavioral risk factors of chronic diseases, such as smoking ,obesityand excess intake of salt, remain high. We need to gradually lower the damage of chronic diseases by adopting health management and comprehensive intervention measures.
