摘要
目的:系统评价白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNP)与侵袭性牙周炎(aggressive periodontitis,AgP)相关性。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国科技期刊数据库及万方数字化期刊全文数据库,收集关于IL-10基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点SNP与AgP相关性的病例-对照研究,检索时限均为从建库至2015年8月。由2位研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11个病例-对照研究,其中rs1800872:病例组389例,对照组570例;rs1800871:病例组380例,对照组553例;rs1800896:病例组526例,对照组745例。Meta分析结果显示,IL-10基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点SNP与AgP无统计学相关性。结论:IL-10基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点SNP可能与AgP无相关性。
Objective:To systematically review the association between interleukin-10(IL-10)gene rs1800872,rs180087 and rs1800896 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)and aggressive periodontitis(AgP). Methods:Databases as Pub Med,Web of Science,Embase,The Cochrane Library,Chinese biomedical literature database,CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang digital journals were electronically searched to collect case-control studies published up to August 2015 about the association between IL-10 gene rs1800872,rs180087 and rs1800896 SNP and AgP. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data,and assessed methodological quality of included studies. Then meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results:A total of 11 case-control studies were included. Specifically,there were 389 subjects in case group and 570 subjects in control group from rs1800872;380 subjects in case group and 553 subjects in control group from rs1800871;526 subjects in case group and 745 subjects in control group from rs1800896. The results of meta-analysis showed that,no significant association was found between IL-10 gene rs1800872,rs180087 and rs1800896 SNP and AgP in the total analysis. Conclusion:IL-10 gene rs1800872,rs180087 and rs1800896 SNP may not be associated with AgP.
