中文版社会影响量表应用于肠造口患者病耻感的信效度测评

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of social impact scale applied in study of stigma in colostomy patients

目的:检验中文版社会影响量表应用于中国大陆地区肠造口患者病耻感的信度和效度,为评估肠造口患者的病耻感提供有效工具。方法:在重庆市某三甲医院选取符合纳入标准的永久性肠造口患者200例,应用中文版社会影响量表进行病耻感调查,并进行量表的信度分析和验证性因素分析。首次评估后1~3周内,再随机抽取30例被调查患者进行第2次调查,以检验量表的重测信度。结果:共发放调查问卷200份,回收有效问卷178份,有效回收率为89%。量表验证性因素分析的各项拟合指数分别为χ~2/df=1.263、GFI=0.901、AGFI=0.868、RMR=0.026、NFI=0.868、TLI=0.962、CFI=0.969、RMSEA=0.039,均在可接受范围内,适配良好。各测量变量的因素负荷量为0.50~0.85。修正后的中文版社会影响量表由4个维度组成,包括20个条目,总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.916,4个维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.708~0.835,重测信度为0.872。结论:修正版社会影响量表具有较理想的信度和效度,可用于中国大陆地区肠造口患者病耻感的测评。

Objective：To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of social impact scale in Chinese colostomy patients,and to provide an effective assessment tool for the colostomy patients with stigma. Methods：A met inclusion criteria sampling of 200 permanent colostomy patients was selected from a hospital in Chongqing,and they filled out the Chinese version of social impact scale. Reliability and validity were tested by reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. A subgroup of 30 patients completed the Chinese version of social impact scale twice to test coefficient of stability. Results：Totally 200 questionnaires were sent out,178 were recollected,the effective rate was 89% . The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a good model fit,and the fit indexes were χ~2/df=1.263,GFI=0.901,AGFI=0.868,RMR=0.026,NFI=0.868,TLI=0.962,CFI=0.969,RMSEA=0.039. Variables of the factor loading ranged from 0.50 to 0.85 respectively. The revised social impact scale was composed of four dimensions,including 20 items. The Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.916 for the whole scale,and respectively for the subscales ranged from 0.708 to 0.835. The test-retest reliability was 0.872. Conclusion：The revised social impact scale is proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used to assess stigma of the colostomy patients in Chinese.
