摘要
目的:构建冠脉内支架植入患者健康教育路径。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对23名专家进行两轮专家函询,根据指标得分均值和变异系数大小筛选指标。结果:两轮函询专家应答率均超过95%,平均权威系数分别为0.925、0.935,一级指标的协调系数分别为0.114、0.124,二级指标的协调系数分别为0.199、0.220。构建的冠脉内支架植入患者健康教育路径由5个一级指标和34个二级指标组成。结论:构建的健康教育路径具有科学性,对冠脉内支架植入患者实施系统、全程的健康教育具有一定参考意义。
Objective:To establish a clinical pathway of health education for patients treated by coronary artery stent implantation.Methods:The clinical pathway of health education determined primarily by the method of Delphi methods(23 experts on 2 rounds)and the index was screened according to the scores of mean and coefficient of variation. Results:The experts response rates of 2rounds of consulting were more than 95% ,and the average authority coefficients were 0.925 and 0.935. The coordination coefficients of the first level indexes were 0.114,0.124,and the second level indexes were 0.199,0.220. The clinical pathway of health education for patients treated by coronary artery stent implantation was composed of 5 first level indexes and 34 second level indexes after 2rounds of consultation. Conclusion:The path of health education is scientific,and it has a certain reference value for the implementation of systematic and whole process of health education for patients with coronary stent implantation.
