护患沟通APP在有创通气患者中的应用

Application of health care communication APP in patients who received invasive mechanical ventilation

目的:分析护患沟通APP在有创通气患者中的应用情况。方法:将2016年3月至2016年6月的有创通气患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。医护人员采用护患沟通APP与观察组沟通,采用传统方法与对照组沟通。记录2组患者的一般资料并比较2组患者沟通困难程度、焦虑抑郁状态、ICU谵妄发生率。结果:2组患者一般资料、急性生理和慢性健康评分Ⅱ评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者沟通困难程度、焦虑抑郁状态、ICU谵妄发生率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:护患沟通APP在降低ICU患者沟通困难程度,降低焦虑抑郁及谵妄发生率方面有明显的优势,具有良好的应用前景。

Objective：To explore the appilication of health care communication APP in patients who received invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods：Totally patients who admitted into ICU from March 2016 to June 2016 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into groups：experimental group and control group. Health care communication APP was used to communication with patients in experimental group while traditional method used to communication with patients in control group. General condition of the two group were record. Level of difficulty to communicate,scale of anxiety and depression and incidence of ICU delirium were compared between the two groups. Results：No statistical difference was noted in general condition,acute physiology and chronic health evalation Ⅱ（APACHE Ⅱ）between two groups（all P〉0.05）. Statistical difference was noted in level of difficulty to communicate,scale of anxiety and depression and incidence of ICU delirium between two groups（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Health care communication APP has obvious advantages in reducing level of difficulty to communicate,reducing incidence of anxiety and depression and delirium. So,it has good application prospect.
