服务外包产业集群创新能力的量化评价

Quantitative Evaluation of Innovation Ability of Service Outgoing Industry Cluster

通过对服务外包产业集群创新能力影响因素的分析,针对基本影响要素定量研究的难点,运用BP神经网络算法构建服务外包产业集群创新能力评价模型。以我国17个城市的服务外包产业集群创新能力评价分析为实证案例,有效说明基于BP神经网络算法的服务外包产业集群创新能力评价模型应用步骤和评价效果,并提出提升服务外包产业集群创新能力的主要路径。

Influential factors of innovation ability of service outgoing industry cluster are analyzed in the paper. Aiming at the difficulty of quantitative study of basic influential factors, the evaluation model on innovation ability of service outgoing industry cluster is constructed by BP neural network algorithm. The innovation ability evaluation analysis on the service outsourcing industry of China 17 cities are taken as an example, which effectively illustrates application process model and the evaluation effectiveness about service outsourcing industry cluster innovation ability evaluation model based on BP neural network algorithm. The main paths of innovation ability improvement are presented.
