创业导向对在孵企业创新绩效的影响——基于孵化器所有权性质的调节作用

Effects of Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Innovation Performance of Incubated Enterprises: The Role of Ownership of Incubator as a Moderator

从资源依赖理论出发,按国有和民营划分,分析孵化器所有权性质对创业导向和企业创新绩效之间的调节效应。研究发现:创业导向的创新性、先动性和风险承担性3个维度与创新绩效都呈正相关关系;民营孵化器正向调节创新性维度与创新绩效的关系,而在风险承担性维度与创新绩效的关系上起负向调节作用,在先动性维度与创新绩效关系之间的调节效应不显著。研究结果为我国孵化器政策制定和创业者选择孵化器提供参考。

Based on the resource dependence theory, this paper analyzes the role of incubator＇s ownership between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance, dividing the incubators into state-owned and private. Three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation： innovation, proactiveness and risk-taking are positively correlated with innovation performance. The private incubator plays a positive regulation role in the relationship between innovation or risk-taking and innovation performance, but that regulation effect of proactiveness and innovation performance is not significant. Finally it provides reference for entrepreneurs to choose incubators and incubator＇s policy-making.
