客户参与对Scrum团队信息系统开发成功率的影响

Influence of User Participation on the Scrum Success Rate of Information Systems Development

基于Scrum软件开发模型,增加用户参与1个内生变量和交流、有用性感知、便易性感知、趣味性感知4个外生变量构建Scrum团队客户参与概念模型。采用专家询问和问卷调查的方法对模型进行检验,结果表明:客户参与对信息系统开发成功率有显著影响,其中有效交流、有用性感知、趣味性感知是3个关键因素且为正相关关系。研究结果有利于提高信息系统开发成功率,对基于Scrum团队客户参与模型在其他领域的应用也有一定的实践参考价值。

Based on the SCRUM software development model, by increasing the endogenous variable of user participation and the 4 exogenous variables of effective communication, useful perception ,convenient perception, and interesting perception, the paper builds the SCRUM team users involved model, which is used to study the effects of user participation in information systems development success rate. The paper adopts the method of expert inquiry and the questionnaire survey on the model test. The results show that user participation has a critical impact on the success of information systems development. Among them, the effective communication, useful perception, interesting perception are the three determinants of user participation and they are positively correlated. The research result is helpful to improve the success rate of the products. The model of the SCRUM user participation has a certain practical reference value in other areas.
