油田集输处理系统一体化集成装置测评方法 被引量:3

摘要 油气田地面工程标准化设计工作开展以来,中国石油所属各油田研发和应用了多个一体化集成装置,为了进一步推广应用,采取了资料数据核查、现场数据核查以及关键性能指标检测的测评方法,对7个油田的13套装置进行了测评。以某油田的一体化电加热增压集成装置为例,给出了包括装置合规性、关键设备合规性、投产及生产条件、功能、现场操作安全性、劳动卫生和环保性、质量、自控水平、效率、计量器具等十项内容核查与测试的方法、过程和结果,为油田地面工程一体化集成装置的鉴定工作提供了依据。通过测评,可进一步推进集成装置的持续改进和完善,同时推动一体化集成装置向产业化、市场化方向发展。 Since conducting the standardization design work of-oil and gas field surface engineering,oilfields belong to CNPC have developed and applied many integrated devices. In order to do further popularization and application, evaluation methods of material and data verification, field data verification and key indicator performance testing are used to evaluate 13 sets of devices in 7 oilfields. Taking a electric heating pressurization integrated device in some oilfield as an example, the verification and evalu- ation method, process and results of ten contents of device compliance, key equipment compliance, production beginning and production conditions, functions, site operation safety evaluation, labor hygiene and environmental protection property, quality, self-control level, efficiency, measuring instruments and so on are given out, which provide references for identification work of oilfield surface engineering integrated devices. Through evaluation, the continuous improvement of integrated devices can be further advanced, and its industrialized and marketable development can be advanced at the same time.
