摘要
顶管法隧道穿越作为非开挖穿越方式的一种,现已广泛应用于油气管道的河流穿越中。顶管法隧道穿越技术应用中,竖井形式的确定、穿越层位及顶管机的选择是决定工程能否成功的关键因素。南昌—上海支干线穿越浙江软土地区的顶管法隧道设计中,对竖井形式进行了优化,尤其是成功地应用了大刃脚形式,同时根据现场情况合理地选择了穿越层位以及不同型式的顶管机,保证了工程的顺利竣工。
As one of the trenchless crossing methods, the pipe jacking crossing for tunnels has been widely used in river crossing for oil and gas pipelines. In the application of pipe jacking crossing technology for tunnels, shaft pattern confirmation and selection ofcrossing positions and jacking machines are the key factors to the success of the project. In the design oFthe pipe Jacking tunnel in Nanchang- Shanghai branch and trunk lines that cross mollisol areas of Zhejiang, the shaft patterns are optimized, and in particular the big blade Foot pattern is applied successfully. Meanwhile, crossing positions and different patterns of pipe jacking machines are also selected reasonably according to site conditions, which ensure the successful completion of the project.
