柱-机联合流程处理某铅锌矿石试验 被引量:3

摘要 为确定浮选精选作业用CFC浮选柱替代机械搅拌浮选机的效果,对Pb、Zn品位分别为1.92%和1.68%的某铅锌硫化矿石的机械搅拌浮选机粗精矿进行了1次精选效果对比试验,并进行了柱-机联合流程开路和闭路试验。结果表明:(1)CFC浮选柱1次精选铅、锌的选矿效率较机械搅拌浮选机分别高9.84、11.86个百分点,与机械搅拌浮选机相比,铅锌精选作业次数至少可分别减少1次。(2)在一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%,铅粗精矿、锌精矿1再磨细度均为-0.038 mm占70%的条件下,采用柱-机联合开路试验流程(仅最后1次精选用CFC浮选柱)处理矿石,可获得铅品位为62.35%、含锌4.25%、铅回收率为77.78%的铅精矿,以及锌品位为59.35%、含铅1.32%、锌回收率为49.86%的锌精矿;采用柱-机联合闭路试验流程处理矿石,可获得铅品位为53.66%、含锌4.60%、铅回收率为94.74%的铅精矿,以及锌品位为52.86%、含铅1.45%、锌回收率为79.60%的锌精矿。(3)采用柱-机联合流程处理矿石,不仅可取得理想的生产指标,而且可简化流程、减少设备数量和场地面积、节能降耗、便于生产管理。 To study on the effect of Crimm flotation column replacing mechanical flotation cell in the cleaning stage of lead and zinc,comparative tests on rough concentrate by mechanical flotation cell and the open and closed circuit tests with the raw ore that contains Pb1.92%,Zn1.68% by combined process of flotation column and cell were tested respectively.The results showed that:(1)the lead and zinc concentration efficiency by one-stage cleaning of Crimm flotation column raised by 9. 84%,11.86%,in comparison with that of mechanical flotation cell,so that one cleaning process of Pb and Zn flotation can be reduced.(2)Under conditions of one-stage grinding fineness of 70%-0.074 mm of raw ore,and regrinding fineness of 70%-0.038 mm of rough lead concentrate and zinc concentrate 1,lead concentrate with lead grade of 62.35%,zinc grade of 4. 25%zinc and lead recovery of 77. 78%,and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 59. 35%,lead grade of 1. 32%,and zinc recovery of49. 86% were obtained separately by the combined open-circuit experiment of flotation column and cell( CFC flotation column only for the last cleaning).Through the combined closed-circuit experiment of flotation column and cell,lead concentrate with lead grade of 53. 66%,zinc grade of 4. 60% zinc and lead recovery of 94. 74%,and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of52. 86%,lead grade of 1. 45%,and zinc recovery of 79. 60% were obtained separately.(3)Good index can be obtained by combined process of flotation column and cell,with the flow-sheet simplified,the quantity of flotation machine and the occupied area reduced,and more energy saved.So it is beneficial for production and management.
