广西太平矿区外围铝土矿石灰-拜耳法溶出试验

Tests on Digestion of Bauxite from Outside of Guangxi Taiping Mining Area Based on Lime-Bayer Method

广西平果县太平矿区外围铝土矿石属高铝高铁含钛一水硬铝石型铝土矿石。为了确定该矿石中Al_2O_3的溶出工艺条件,对矿石的磨矿细度、溶出温度、铝酸钠母液苛性碱浓度、石灰用量以及溶出时间进行了研究。结果表明,在矿石磨矿细度为-63μm占83%,溶出温度为260℃,铝酸钠母液苛性碱浓度为240 g/L,石灰用量为6%,溶出时间为50 min情况下,Al_2O_3相对溶出率达97.32%。

The bauxite surrounding Taiping mining area in Pingguo County,Guangxi is a type of titanium-containing diaspore bauxite with high-aluminum high-iron.In order to determine the dissolution conditions of Al2O3 in the ore,such variables as ore grinding fineness,digestion temperature and caustic concentration of sodium aluminate liquor,lime dosage and dissolution time were studied.The results showed that under conditions of the ore grinding fineness of -63 μm accounts for 83%,and the dissolution temperature at 260 ℃,the caustic concentration of sodium aluminate liquor 240 g/L,the dosage of lime 6% and the dissolution time for 50 min,relative dissolution rate of Al2O3 reached 97.32%.
