“一带一路”战略下延安大学设置“俄语+”专业可行性研究

The Feasible Study of the Establishment of "Russian+" Major in Yan'an University with the "Belt and Road" Initiative

在"一带一路"战略影响下,如何更好地进行俄语教学成为许多专家学者关注的热点。笔者通过认真研读大量文献资料,在把握当前社会对俄语人才巨大需求的基础上,重点分析了如何在"一带一路"战略大背景下培养出适应市场需求的俄语人才。笔者从目前对俄语人才的需求,延安大学开设俄语专业的基础和条件,以及关于"俄语+"复合人才培养模式的构建三个方面出发,通过亲身调查和查找资料的方式,认为位于西北地区的延安大学具备开设俄语专业的特殊性和相应条件。根据各地区对俄语人才的需求,建议构建"语言+"模式,培养以俄语为主的复合型专业人才,以期满足市场所需的通用人才。

Under the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy,How to teach Russian better has become the focus of many experts and scholars.The writer carefially reads foregoing papers. Based on the current huge demands of Russian talents,this paper focuses on the analysis of how to meet the marketlneeds of Russian under the impact of this strategy. This paper consists of three aspects：the current demand for talented Russian people,foundation and condition of establishing Russian major in Yan＇an University and construction a model Of !＇Russian＋＂. The author makes personal investigation and looks up information. As a result,it finds out Yan＇an University,which is located in the northwest area,has the corresponding condition and certain particularity to establish Russian major. According to the demand of talents who can master Russian in different regions,the author suggests cultivating the main type of inter-disciplinary talents with Russian. Considering the market＇ demands,it is necessary to construct the mode of ＂language ＋＂.
