摘要
目前我国高校教学管理中普遍存在刚性过度而柔性不足的问题。为有效解决该问题,既强化教学管理、切实提高教学质量,又实现个性化培养与研究性教学相结合的创新人才培养模式,本文应用刚柔相济的管理理念,提出在重点加强教学管理制度建设时,要在教学控制与教学自由之间建立一种平衡。在教学管理实践中把握好刚性与柔性的度,建立健全"刚柔相济"的教学管理制度体系,推进教学管理各环节的整体优化,进而推进教学管理制度的创新。
Excessive rigidity and insufficient flexibility consist in the instructional management of colleges and universities. To solve this problem,not only strengthen the teaching management, improve teaching quality,but also realize the training mode of innovative talents by combinaing of personalized training and research teaching,on the basis of combining vigor and suppleness managements,we should establish a balance between teaching control and teaching freedom while strengthening the construction of teaching management system. A good grasp of the degree of rigidity and.flexibility in the practice of teaching management system,teaching management system to establish and improve the overall optimization,"move among force and soft" to promote the various aspects of teaching management,and promote the innovation of teaching management system.
