产学研模式下高校创新人才培养的体会

在当今高科技不断发展的经济时代,高校人才培养模式面临着从培养"学术型"向"研究型"转变的关键时期。结合我校中西医结合天地恒一研究生培养创新基地为例,充分意识到产学研模式下对改变人才培养模式,提高创新能力,培养一批高层次应用型、复合型、创新型、创业型人才具有重要的意义。

In today＇s high-tech development of the economic era,the mode of personnel training in colleges and universities is facing a critical period from the transformation of ＂academic＂ to ＂research＂. Combined with our school of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with a constant innovation base for graduate students as an example,that fully aware of the mode of production and research to change the mode of personnel training,improve innovation,training a number of high-level application-oriented,complex,innovative,entrepreneurial talent has important significance.
