The careful management of a class adviser can play a very important role in the formation of a good class in university. With the change of demand in cultivating students in society,there is a need for class advisers to meet higher requirements of the times. An adviser＇s role as a teacher,a friend and a relative of the students is beneficial for the full play of the students＇ positive effects and the advisers＇ leading functions. This article addresses some reflections on the class advisor combining the writer＇s working experience as a part-time class adviser. The harmonious relationship between a class adviser and students will help to form a relaxed and happy learning atmosphere among students. It is also beneficial for the healthy development of the students both mentally and physically.
