摘要
运用文献资料法和观察法,分析太极拳运动对弱视学生的健身作用。通过对为期16周、每周2次太极拳和"手眼同动增视操"锻炼的弱视学生进行观察,并对其体重、安静心率、肺活量、坐位体前屈、单腿闭眼站立时间等指标的测定表明,对于太极拳这种需要意识、呼吸和动作密切结合,练意、练气、练身运动,"始而意动,继而内动,再之外动"并形成刚柔并济,快慢有节,应用方便的运动,的确适合视力残疾的学生来进行健身,同时可增强其肌肉、骨骼、关节的力量、柔韧性、灵活性,提高有氧耐力运动素质,改善平衡功能,降低安静心率,增大肺活量,调节神经中枢,增进心理健康。
By using the methods of literature and observation,this paper analyzes the effect of Taijiquan Exercise on the students with amblyopia,By 16 weeks,2 times a week and Tai Chi "with the increase of students as amblyopia eye exercise were observed,and the determination of its weight,resting heart rate,lung capacity,body antexion,single leg standing with eyes closed time indicators show that,the Tai Chi soft slow,Neiwaijianxiu,convenient moveme'nt,suitable for visual disability students fitness,also can strengthen the muscles and bones,joint strength,flexibility,flexibility,improve the aerobic endurance,improve balance function,reduce heart rate,increase lung capacity,regulating the central nervous system,improve mental health.
