关于我国知识产权人才培养的几点思考

我国高校知识产权人才培养模式与社会需求之间脱节的矛盾日益突出。高校应顺应社会需求,及时调整培养模式,在继续培养理论型研究型人才的同时,加大实务型知识产权人才的培养力度。对增设产权硕士、博士的培养,增强目标定位、招生、课程设置、师资、教学方式等方面进行了探讨。

The university intellectual property talents in China between the training model and the social clemana is becoming increasingly prominent. Colleges and universities should adapt to the social demand,timely adjustment of the training mode,while continuing to develop theoretical research talents at the same time,increase the training capacity of practical talents in intellectual property. To increase the set property master, Ph.D., enhance the target positioning, enrollment, curriculum, teaching content, teaching methods and so on.
