管理科学与工程学科研究生培养综合改革模式与实践

Comprehensive Reform and Practice of Postgraduate Education in Management Science and Engineering

随着高教领域综合改革的深入,研究生培养的改革也逐渐进入深水区,如何打破常规,结合国家研究生培养战略和高校"双一流"建设,做好学科研究生培养的改革和经验推广,一直是研究生教育管理者和参与者思考的重要问题,本文以本学院管理科学与工程学科研究生培养改革为研究对象,在分析现状、不足的基础上结合国家对建设一流学科的要求提出了具体的可操作的改革措施,值得借鉴和参考。

As the comprehensive reform of higher education,the reform of graduate education also gradually into the deep water area,how to break the routine,combined with the national strategy of graduate education and the construction of ＂double top＂,completes the course reform of graduate education and promotion experience,has always been a postgraduate education managers and participants think about important issues,this paper takes the school of management science and engineering graduate education reform as the research object,on the basis of the analysis of the present situation,the lack of combining the need for countries to build first-class discipline specific operational reform measures are put forward,is worth reference.
