摘要
培养模式对研究生的知识结构和创新能力形成至关重要,校企联合是专业学位硕士研究生的主要培养模式之一。以团队协同的导师集体指导和校企联合培养模式为切入点,综合考虑多种因素,针对全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养质量进行问卷调研和分析。结果表明:62.2%的专业学位硕士研究生的专业实践时间不足半年;校外导师指导频率不够强,效果不理想;团队协同的导师集体指导效果优于单一导师指导。
The training mode is important for developing knowledge structure and innovation ability of the postgraduates. The College-enterprise union is one of the major training modes for the professional degree postgraduates. Based on the team collaboration guidance and college-enterprise union training mode and take into consideration various factors,we analyze the training mode of full-time professional degree postgraduates by questionnaire survey. The results indicate that:the practice time is less than half a year for 62.2% professional degree postgraduates;the guidance frequency of extramural academic advisor is weak,and the effect is not satisfactory;the team collaboration guidance is better than that of a single mentor.
