训练在工商管理教学中的主体地位

The Dominant Role of Training on Management Teaching

工商管理教学效果欠佳是现实中亟待解决的问题,其根源在于管理知识只是在原则上指明了管理活动的方向,因此,以知识传授为主要目的的讲授法难以取得实效。工商管理教学应突出训练的主体地位,以训练促进大学生掌握管理原则,同时提升运用管理原则的技能。

That effectiveness of management teaching is not good is a real concern nowadays,the root lies that management knowledge only points the direction of management efforts in principle,and does not offer detailed procedures.Therefore lecturing aimed to impart such knowledge is unable to have good effectiveness. Management teaching should focus on training,through which to enhance students commanding of management principles,and improving skills to use those management principles.
