云南省日本血吸虫叉型与非叉型尾蚴COX1基因的遗传差异分析

摘要 为分析云南省大理钉螺内检获的日本血吸虫不同型尾蚴的遗传差异,试验采用PCR技术,利用线粒体COX1基因作为遗传标记,对叉型和非叉型尾蚴的部分COX1基因进行了研究。结果表明:大理洱源县检获的叉型尾蚴线粒体COX1基因扩增片段大小为393 bp,巍山县检获的非叉型尾蚴线粒体COX1基因扩增片段大小为418 bp,经序列对比分析两者遗传差异为34.3%。说明云南地区叉型尾蚴和非叉型尾蚴存在明显的种间差异。 In order to analyze the genetic difference between different types of Schistosoma japonicum cercariae isolated in oncomelania snail from Dali City, Yunnan province, partial mitochondrial COX1 gene of fork - type and non fork - type cercariae were the target for study in this experiment as a genetic maker using PCR method. The results showed that the fragment length of mitochondrial COX1 gene of fork - type cereariae in Eryuan Country,Dali City was 393 bp,while that of mitochondrial COX1 gene of non fork -type cercariae in Weishan Country was 418 bp. Sequence alignment analysis showed 34.3% in genetic difference. The results indicated that the existence of distinct interspecific difference between fork - type and non fork - type cercariae appeared in Yunnan province.
