PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理安全与质量改进中的应用效果分析

Application effect of PDCA circulation management in nursing safety and quality improvement of operation room

目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理安全与质量改进中的应用效果。方法采用PDCA循环管理法对手术室护理安全与质量进行改进,比较PDCA循环管理法实施前(2012年1月—2014年5月)与实施后(2014年6月—2015年9月)护理安全情况及手术室综合评分情况。结果 PDCA实施后,患者感染率、产后切口感染率、镇痛泵滑脱率和耐药率低于PDCA实施后(P<0.05);PDCA实施后,手术室环境管理、护理安全、药品物品、消毒隔离、教学培训、护理文件评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法能提高手术室护理安全与质量改进水平,推动实现手术室护理安全与质量改进,进入持续改进的良性循环过程。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in operation room on nursing safety and quality improvement. Methods PDCA circulation management were used to improve nursing safety and quality of operation room. The implementation of nursing safety and comprehensive score of operation room before the implementation of PDCA circulation management （January 2012 to June 2014） and after（June 2014 to September 2015） were observed and compared. Results After the implementation of PDCA, the infection rate, postpartum incision infection rate, an- algesia pump slippage rate and resistance rate were significantly lower than PDCA before and the differ- ence were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After PDCA, the scores of operation room, environmen- tal management, nursing safety, drug items, disinfection and isolation, teaching and nursing file were higher than the implementation of PDCA before and the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion PDCA circulation management can significantly improve the nursing safety and quality improvement level of operation room, and promote continuous improvement of operation room nursing safety and quality.
