高职院校学生工作价值观与实习满意度的关系研究——以浙江旅游职业学院为例

Research on the Relationship between Students' Work Values and Internship Satisfaction in Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking Tourism College of Zhejiang China as an Example

参加校外实习是高职院校学生在三年学习历程中极为重要的一部分。本研究旨在通过实证方式探讨高职院校实习生工作价值观与实习满意度的影响关系。以因子分析、独立样本t检验、变异数分析及逐步多元回归分析法进行数据处理及分析。研究结果显示:实习生性别与不同专业对工作价值观有显著差异:不同的工作价值观对实习满意度有显著的影响。希望通过此研究结果提出具体的量化数据与建议,作为未来优化校外实习制度及推动实习效益的参考。

Taking part in extracurricular practice is a very important part of the students＂ learning process in the three years. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between job values and internship satisfaction of higher vocational colleges through empirical analysis. Data processing and analysis were conducted by factor analysis, independent sample test, ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results show that： （1） there are significant differences in work values between interns and different majors. （2）Different work values have significant influence on internship satisfaction. It is hoped that the quantitative data and suggestions will be put forward through this research, which will be a reference for optimizing the system of out of school internship in the future and promoting the benefit of practice.
