Study on Transformation of Research University and Undergraduate Academic Atmosphere Construction in China

摘要 当前,我国研究型大学面临着向创新型大学的转型,这一过程要求研究型大学在本科教育方面创新办学理念、创新课程体系、创新考核体系、进行基因重构,从而为形成良好的学风带来积极的、正面的影响,具体措施包括让本科生最大程度地参与科研,激发其学习热情、提升其创新能力。创新型课程体系的构建将提供更多的高影响力教育活动,从而极大激发本科生的积极性和创造性。创新型大学中创新文化的形成也为良好学风的形成提供土壤,将本科学风建设指标纳入衡量体系,将扭转当前研究型大学的中"科研漂移"所带来的负面影响。 Transformations from teaching to research,, and from research to innovation are two important revolutions of university function. The "scientific research drift" phenomenon has led to the marginalization of undergraduate education during the reform from teaching to research oriented, which has caused negative impact and damage to undergraduate education quality and academic atmosphere construction. Research universities in our country is currently facing the transformation to the innovative universities. This requires research universities to establish innovative education concept and curriculum system, reform evaluation system and reconstruct genes. Creating innovation atmosphere on campus among teachers and studentsbrings positive influence to the undergraduate education. Good undergraduate academic atmosphere and innovative university construction are closely related. They can promote each other and form a positive cycle.
