摘要
伴随着"就业难"问题的日益凸显,毕业生就业能力与职业发展成为高等教育领域内的重要议题。本研究立足于自我反思的视角,通过对企业类已就业学生的调查分析,探讨高校毕业生对自身职业胜任力水平的现实评价及发展诉求。结果显示:就现实评价而言,毕业生对自身职业胜任力整体水平的评价较低,其中角色性胜任力水平最低;就发展诉求而言,毕业生认为自身最需提升五项的职业胜任力依次为:人际交往能力、沟通表达能力、应变创新能力、解决问题能力和持续学习能力,且其发展诉求受到专业背景、企业类型及岗位性质的显著影响。鉴于此,本研究进一步提出了注重毕业生职业生涯目标规划、完善高校情绪智力培育课程与加强岗位情境教育的对策与建议。
With the increasingly difficult problem of employment, the employment ability and career development of graduates have become important issues in the field of higher education. From the perspective of self-reflection, this study explores the realistic evaluation and development demands of college graduates on their professional competence through the investigation and analysis of the employed students. The results show that, in terms of realistic evaluation, the graduates have lower evaluation of the overall level of professional competence, and the level of competency is the lowest. In terms of development appeal, graduates hold the opinion that they need to raise five professional competencies, namely, interpersonal skills, communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving ability and continuous learning ability, and its development demands by the professional background, business type and the nature of the significant impact. In view of this, this study further puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to focus on the career planning of graduates, improve the curriculum of emotional intelligence in colleges and universities and improve the situation education.
