彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结病变中的应用

目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结病变中的应用价值。方法:选取64例颈部淋巴结病变患者,回顾性分析患者手术病理诊断结果与术前彩色多普勒超声诊断结果。结果:共有颈部淋巴结182个。经手术病理诊断,其中良性淋巴结58个,恶性淋巴结124个。超声检查结果显示,恶性淋巴结的舒张末期血流速度、阻力指数均明显大于良性淋巴结(P<0.05)。良性、恶性淋巴结的血流频谱形态有明显不同。结论:彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结病变良恶性鉴别诊断中有重要参考价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in cervical lymph node lesions. Methods 64 cases of cervical lymph node lesions were retrospectively analyzed the surgical pathologyresults and preoperative color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.
